Hello Friends and Optimist,
This Tuesday will be our last program for the season, but it’s one you won’t want to miss. Isaac and Bjornen Babcock will speak about their experience spending a year in the Frank Church Wilderness filming wolves and other wildlife. PBS produced their work into the Nature film, River of No Return that premiered on April 18, 2012. Here is a chance to listen and talk to them about their incredible story. -Casino table transportation and set up w/banners and vests up 2 Jun 1930: John Mansisidor, Eric, Randy, Mike Yeakle
-Coolers and Ice: Mike Kohout and Mike Yeakle get them to Randy - Randy will get them filled
-Food coordination / transportation / set-up: Paul Gullickson
-Club walk-thru w/Tom (keys, lights, PA, tables/chairs) Mike Gurney
Execution:
-Front desk for accountability- Mike Gurney, Jason Pannel
-Prize control / distribution- Jason Pannel; Jim Thackery; Nate Hess. Prizes set up on tables with Labels from the vendors.
-Raffles / drawings (senior only and open for all at 1:30 AM need tickets) Jim Thackery; Nate Hess
